It sure took some guts! Even Austin didnt appear for a week so its a great jumpstart. Mercury has always stuck out as being buried with Nitro, now hopefully soon he will get to destroy him in a ladder or cage match on his way to main-eventing. and sure it echo's of the Rockers, but at least its a broadcastable reality storyline this time!

If you watch, as they moved into position, Nirto nudged the ladder a little meaning it see-sawed up higher than usual. Very unlucky. It is kinda surprising Matt didnt notice and correct it though, he's done that before in other matches. Maybe if they had had more time to prepare things woulda been different.

Interesting to see JR acknowledging the million dollar challenge and talking about LAX. Maybe things are gonna pick up again at last!
