i want your views on whether you think Frank Lampard should start for England

Personally i think he is the most over rated midfielder in the world and would love Paul Scholes to come out of international retirement an play with Gerrard plus what Lampard can do for England doesnt compare to what he does for Chelsea

I think he iss over rated as well, his form is not great at the moment.

he played well the last few games, always gives 100% thats why toshack likes him.

I also think if Benitez gives him a fair crack of the whip, he will be invaluable to liverpool.

NO! Whenever a player loses form they should be dropped from any side, the greatest manager in the world (Brian Clough) was ruthless for this, and i think it's about time England was! We have so may good midfielders in the game now we can afford to drop, id even prefer to see Beckam in his place!

Lampard is truly awful for England, for Chelsea he is one of the greatest midfielders in world. When Owen Hargreaves returns to full fitness, hopefully Steve McClaren will have the balls to drop him and realise he's rubbish!

I agree chav but why he's not on form he should be dropped just like any of the other England team, but it will never be like that because the only 2 managers with the balls to do it will never be England manager (Cloughie and Alladyce!!)

he is garbage, should play beckham again instead of him and i think shawn wright phillips should play more than he does hes a gd player
