letting him back would mean that this site will have loads more trouble which already mods and admins are having trouble with anyways.

However, it does raise the issue of people who are/have been banned being allowed back.

Obviously this could only happen if they were found not guilty upon review of thier case.

Another good reason for posting banning etc info on the homepage so people dont make assumptions..
