A matter of opinion my good man! Its a sign of a dodgy mental state to call yourself a different name just because you're playing a different game.

Wouldn't the UK snooker and pool scene be hard to follow (though possibly more entertaining) if when Steve Davis played pool he was called Englebert Snurd.

LMAO! I just joined up over at funkysnooker, got to say i love the place, can be a bit boring for an instagater like me but i like the game! People will not play me soon though cause im a newbie with about 7.15, i try explaining that i am a real newb just from here and they don't care! You seen though when you are a newb who beats a pro who 850ish you get 14 plus points!!! I shall be looking for you martin, need to be taught the ways of the force!!!

also, funkysnooker has alot less idiots and trouble makers. A lot of people on funkysnooker spend time there to get away from the rubbish on here.

Thats why i much prefer it there and now spend all my time (apart from the odd forum visit here).

And in my experience people who just play snooker and very anti-pool and would hate this idea.

Now iv managed to play a few games of snooker, im finding it hard to believe that you get less idiots over there. Unless i bring the worse out in people!!
