all i seem to get nowadays is lagg!! and i seem to be not responding and respondin all of a sudden!! what is up wit tht.. please tll me whats goin on as it is soo annoyin and makiin pool pointless on comin on if i cnt even play!! you will miss a good lad if this continues (;-))

Seems to be a recurrence of the network problem that happened a couple of weeks back.

It's been reported and hopefully will clear soon.

So its not my comp then hehe

1st things first sorry martin and funkypool team for my post that had to be edited.. i havent noticed any other post that has been edited for the word i said... lol sad!

secondly mr_mcq i kno it is free... ur post makes me think that you thought i forgot that and was havin a go at the funkypool team when all i was wondering was what was up with the site and this has never happened before and if it continued i would not appreciate it as i have enjoyed the site so far so why should it be ruined by this responding malarky

It was entirely relevant Tread - nothing is wrong with the FP server, it's simply problems with the network between it, and your computer, that causes the lag. (talking network lag here, not the usual ball animation problems!)

This could easily be, and most commonly is, someone digging up a cable!

These networking issues are inherent in any "live" website, and have always happened, and always will! If you ain't seen them before, you are very very lucky (Either that or you're never online!)

Every server has trouble at some point, This includes the FunkyPool server. Im not complaining its just facts.

Yep i love debates! (you might have noticed)

And sure they do Scaley (I wouldn't have been working last night if they didnt! LOL!), but when things only affect some people, it simply cant be the server...

Anyways, one thing thats clear is that the game itself (lack of quick games aside ) must be pretty much perfect since the only thing that anyone seems to be bothered by now is lag etc!

Spinner its affecting more than the 10 ppl

BTW are you in training for the national talking championships, am having a few quid on you for the gold (yer a dead cert m8)
