just a suggestion....but i think what they have done with funky snooker is exelent and i think the same rules should apply for funky pool. where guests cant chat unless they have an account....its not like its that hard to start one up. the amount of abuse the members get while in the chat room is phanominal when there is no moderator preasent. as a femal it is even harder i cop all the sexest remarks ...even goes way further than i can handle.
most of it in the fashion of myself and my unborn child becoming deceased. i wont continue as it becomes worse. i just think that if we could stop the guests from chatting they would become members to use this site, in which case if they continue with there horrible threats the basic rules will be forced apon them accordingly.

good idea and i agree - not once have i seen a guest make a normal conversation - either abuse or "PM me for....." like that....so lysenda has a very good point....and i hope as well that this can be implemented in future!

I think your idea in principle is a good one but, some guests ask for help with creating an account or how to play the game, i know this is all in the help section but some people prefer to ask someone.

The abuse you have received is disgraceful, i hope you used send complaint!

In the meantime you could ignore guests, this way you can avoid the abuse altogether

I've spoken to some quite nice guests actualy (When I wasn't a mod 2) however the majority are normaly quite abusive.

Use the ignore guests feature, or come talk to fellow members in the members bar

OK, its not a bad suggestion. Although, as Squeezy pointed out there is the Members Bar which is reserved for members only. Also, generally people are bad in chatrooms, i wouldnt recommend sharing information of such a personal nature, as you mentioned.

Its a room full of Beavis and Buttheads
