Ok...back to the topic.

Martin_blank explained very well how the system works, and the good reasons why only one can be sent every half an hour. When you send a complaint it's basically book marked the chat, so we can go straight to the relevant parts and take action if necessary. Not every complaint results in a player being banned, but trust me when i say it's all logged for future reference.

We want people to enjoy there time on the site, and i know from personal experience that it's sometimes hard. There will always be the odd clown, but mark my words when I say it always catches up with them. The large majority are polite and show respect to fellow players, so we owe it to them to take action on abusive individuals when we can.
