As of yet, nobody has been appointed as Sunderland manager, despite what anyone has heard. It hasn't even been confirmed that it is Keane, although all the press coverage would lead you to think it was.

He did his coaching badges in the summer, and apparently Brian Kidd is coming in as his assisstant......hmm......

If he does get appointed, I will be highly dissapointed.

So Keane IS now the new manager. What are Sunderland thinking about. Keane knows nothing about management. If this club keep with him then I think Sunderland will be playing in league one next season. They need someone who will steady the ship.....not sink it.

keane has so much experience behind him in football,he has an amazing football brain and id recon he is a very quick learner,especialy if he is gona be gettin help from brian kid.i dont see why not,sunderland need a lift,i think he could make a difference.

roy keane is a disgrace, hes a crimanal and a thug, that he should be allowed near a football club is a joke, compared to keane ben thatcher is a rather nice bloke. yes what thatcher did was a disgrace but what keane did to poor alf inge haaland was the worst thing i have ever seen in a football match, he maliciously tried to end a mans career in a pre meditated atack in suposed revenge for a tackle haaland made 4 years earlier in wich keane came of worse.

i despise roy keane and hope thta he fails miserably even though i dont mind sunderland
