if the 9 ball is potted and then its a respot because the white goes in i pot the 9 and then i was back on the green even though i won the game what a joke

I take it the green ball was still on the table?

If you foul by potting the white with the 9 ball potted then it is a foul and not a win, therefore you would have to pot the remaining balls in order still before potting the 9 ball, unless you do a combo shot of course.
