would like to know where tread's needle is

umm... I'd like to talk about stars. As in the stars in the night sky.

I was really disturbed to find out that lots of ppl don't know what they are.

Absolutley fascinated with the catflap info though Martin! I'm thinking there may have been a "cat hole" before Newton, but only when he discovered gravity was there an automatic method of closing it...

the really amazing thing is newton also invented the cat simply so his creation had a purpose

spinner - no he really DID invent it. Apparently he owned a cat, and it used to interupt his work (mainly just thinking) and so he put a swinging hatch in the door.

...tho squeezy might be right, in which case he was interupted by a swinging door and came up with a cat to operate it.
