i think 25 seconds would be enough time but in created games i had a guy who had a min and a half and he took up to that every shot i also think if u use up all ur shot clock it should be a foul like real life nowt happens in this one its just ur shot

Its easy to get carried away with ideas! But the reality is that 20secs is a good "middle of the road" time for regular tourneys.

However a solution to the double DQ when time runs out is required, with the totting-up suggestion appearing the most workable..

(BTW - i take your point about the games created most people do indeed leave the timer at 40. But would they change it to 40 if the default was 10?? )
