Do you think it would be possible to put a players ratings on their games they create. It should stop people coming into games ruining a practice session and then disappearing. Also is it possible for the games not to re-rack until a start new game is pressed.

Non-tournament games require that you hit he re-rack button. The reason you can't see rank before you enter follows the ideal that everyone should play everyone. Hence the sophisticated rank system that exists, see help section.

The issue of people "sitting" in games has also been discussed. Admin is very busy right now but i'm sure all the comments have been noted.
