thought about it again, sounds good in priciple, but in practice probably wont work as people will say they cant make it at that time. Not sure how difficult it would be for Nick to do either, if at all possible, but who knows, might work.

also wud it matta on wat kind of tourny u win say u doin a uk tourny do u av to win a uk tourny tht week or can u win n e but i think is a very gd idea

do one for each, all winners of UK in 1 tourney at say 6pm, all winners of US 8 in a tourney at 8pm and all winners of US 9 in 1 at 10pm, staggered times so others can watch and so if anyone wins all 3 types of tourneys they can play each.

*not necessarily these times, but as a example

I like it aswell, not that i go in many but the fact is...we work, have a social life..well some of us do..will be hard for the players to make it...

It could be made at a time the most people could be expected to be free, say between 4 - 10pm on a sunday?

I know plenty of us still have to work at those times but for most people i'd guess that would work.

Or just have a tri-disipline tourney! (I know thats been well discussed and is in the pipeline, but it would suit a "winners" tourney even better!)

hmm glad about the positive responses and agree about the work point as i'd already stated, but hopefully a mutual time would be suitable for most.

No, that's right. Only prob with tri-discipline is that 2-0 games can only have 2.

If the discipline per frame could be selected at random, then it'd be luck of the draw, so that'd be fine.

I still think this is a gr8 idea tyler, and I hope it gets implemented. With so many tournaments now, it'd be good to have a more prestigious weekly (or monthly) champions cup.

I was going to suggest monthly, but figured the amount of tourneys each week would probably surmount to a huge amount of entrants in a monthly tourney. So thought weekly would probably be more stable.
