it onle occours when a really high ranked player plays a really low ranked player, so unless your either of these dont worry about it.

Its when you reach over 900 rating or below 600 rating.

The rating change is altered so you win less when ur above 900, or lose less when u lose and you are below 600.

It's too help prevent people from being too far away from everyone else with the ratings.
