when you click on a players game why not have it show that players rank as well , i relize you can click on the player and then on player info but this way you would know right away if you want to enter in his or her game right away

yeh good idea...this will also prevent the " your too high rank for me so im not gonna play you and i'm just gonna sit here doing nothing " problem!

this has been well discussed before, and comes back to the same issue as the oldest thread on the forum (have a look at the last page).

It always comes down to the general feeling that everyone should just play everyone...

in a perfect world maybe but the fact is as 7 ball just said were stuck with people that want to play their imature little games instead of playing pool

Hey the fact its repeatedly brought up means some sort of solution is required i guess..

Though i dont personally see the need, i'm sure showing a players rank next to thier name in the game listing cant be too hard to code..

u have the option not to play and not lose points if they press the rack before you ne way.

i think we should all have a fair chance at playing anyone and everyone regardless of rank..........it is an old discussion this.

tinab the point wasnt wheather you won or lost it was about players entering your game and not doing a dam thing except sitting there so maybe if they seee the rank of the player before entering their game they can make up their mind on wheather or not they want to play instead of waisting game time

fair point kayla, i mis-interpreted it but sometimes it mite just be a slow connection so we cant always blame people for sitting there and deciding if they want to play or not.

remember wen it says.....'such a player' is not responding, its not usually there fault, technology was designed to work well, but it sometimes doesnt, Is that a fairer opinion?

I do think having the game auto-start about 30seconds after the second player enters would cure the problem and keep things moving more smoothly...
