eh... admins have bigger feet, and don't like mice.

Think mods can only kick you where as admins can ban you. But I think both have the ability to cap and delete threads on the forum.

They also allocate the mods to those forum jobs, and have more to do with the overall running of the site, but it's all pretty democratic, cos the members views get discussed too, so the site is sort of run by everyone.

The mods are the floor workers, and the admins...administrate.

Apart from that it really does all come down to shoe sizes. And mice.

Mods moderate the rooms, moderate their allocated forums, they can boot etc,

Admins do all the above and moderate all the forums. They can also change users stats around, i.e change rank, amount of wins and losses etc, (basically anything to do with profiles we can change including banning). Did i miss anything?
