im going to click enter game, then the screen comes up. but the window goes white with a little 'X' appearing at the top left of the window.

and it says "Applet PoolApplet notinited.
can anyone help??

well have u changed any of ur settings if so then change them bk but thts all i can think of tht wud make tht happen

no, i havent changed anything. it just simply wont load.

try maximising screen thn makin it smaller again- normally works for me in a similar situation mate

If it happens again, try un-installing the current java version you have and reverting back to your systems default version of java.

i have a problem not like mcq's but when i log on i click enter game and the pop-up screen doesn't apear i have pop-up block on but in my allow list i have www.funkypool.com and it still doesn't load i have to keep clicking on the 8 ball(UK) or (US) eventualy it will appear but takes a while for it to open anyone got any suggenstions on how to help it open first time?... would be very grateful if someone gave me advice

Try holding the 'ctrl' button down when you click on enter game.

But back to the subject. Which browser are you using? Sounds like the java is disabled, rather than not installed...
