caddick is not particularly scotish, hes from new zealand. panesar is from luton,eglish, saj mahmood is from bolton, owais shah was born in pakistan so he shudnt play, same for nas hussain who is from madras. rampraksh is from surrey but should never have played for england or any other country on the principle that he cant play the game. but in cricket it isnt jst england who nick players, andy symonds is australias best one day player but is a brummie jst like salman butt who is hitting a nice vein of form at the minute for pakistan
