Just got on this morning. The Sky advert that Funkypool have put on, creates serious lag on the game, rather like the Orange advert that was taken off (thanks Nick for that ).

Anyways, if other users are experiencing this, feel free to post

I took nick and spinners advice last time, and managed to stop the ad interfering.

I think different systems react differently - but here's what I do:

1) Right click on the advert.
2) Highlight 'QUALITY' and click on 'LOW'

(and/or) uncheck 'play'

(my pc doesn't allow me to uncheck play, but I found eventually that clicking 'rewind' stops the adverts animation and clears the lag).

I had to laugh at this - as many of you know, i'm from Shetland, and up here "Cobby" is the word for "grumpy" etc...

ye - its terrible again now orange ad back. Its the only time I get it.

I can't switch it off this time, but if u r able too the instructions are above in this thread.

I've had to go to control panel and uninstall my macromedia flash player to stop the lag.

ye its stupid nick new it caused lag n he got rid of it which was a gd thing but now it bk so i dont get it

as 4 uninstalling flash player - thats up 2 u. I uninstall mine and reinstall it wen i need it again - but thats only cos i cant figure how to switch mine off
