Well as you know i have a LOT of experience of Lag, and if this is what you mean, Ads make very little if any difference to that.

Indeed if your machine is affected by ads, it will be even more affected by having an ad-blocker running!

i always make a point of clicking on a new ad, its the only option we have to say thanks!

(and anyone who dares say they are distracting can stand by for a mouthful!!!)

its not an ad blocker spinner. its simply a hosts file which blocks certain ip addresses from sending ads to your computer

hence why nick deleted the thread.........it works

Ads fund the site yes, but if i dont want to view them i wont. I thought i could have helped others till i scrutinised the rules.

Also premium wil be funding the site, a chance for members to give something back, will you be helping out? I will.

Norton seems to be the best and easiest route to lag free for me.

Ads do , yes , fund the site and although I'll admit I wasn't a fan of the Ad's being inplace I now realize they are a critical part of the game for making money. I don't know why this topic has been re-opened again , But surely people know posting ad blockers and links for them won't go down well!

Yea i know they fund the site, but they also ruin the gameplay for some. The only thing that can be done ste is to block them as admin aint doing anything. Or at least they dont let you know they are.

Again its not a pop up blocker, just a file.
