it would be really handy if there was a way to have an offline version of funkypool so that you can practice when you dont have an internet connection available. Is this possible ?
Thanks,

Surely this would lead to people ripping the site off? Or even creating a "aim guide" which i know are available for other pool sites. I dont think it would benefit you. If you have the net why not use the practice table? If you dont then you will never be able to play apart from internet cafe's etc. Just dont see the point.

yeh i was thinking more along the lines of college etc where this site is restricted, would be quite fun to just put the game on a USB pen and have a mess around on it :)

I reckon that this would be a premium feature IF it ever came to be . Not all but some people owuld try to copy this core game and write out a few new codes ... I think that if it was to be relesed it should be a really low stage version of the game such as pool sharks .
I know its a little bit different but the thing is if its a really low version then not all coders would be able to be wirte it up as good as this has become .
Not bad idea though

Applets are alot more secure than .exe files.
They dont have access to any parts of the computer other than necessary.
Its actually better if it stays as an online applet, for your computer's sake and for the admin teams sake when it comes to hackers and that.
I think thats right anyway LOL
