The band name is something Iraq didn't have. Should be easy for 80s thrash fans.

I'm gonna guess the band is called WMD or something. However if I'm right I've never heard of them, and someone else can guess the title. I ain't gonna take the credit for getting it though!!!

Its more specific than that. Its the name of a biological weapon. They've sold something like 10 million albums so should be known to most people with even the slightest interest in metal.
