i think it sounds like a good game, i dont particularly understand it but it sounds like a decent laugh

Why not compromise and introduce proper UK billiards (played on a normal snooker table)

I have asked about this before way back in the pool sharks days!

It would be great to be able to play proper billiards on here. Those of you who have played me will know i love calling billiard shots! I'm quite happy to conceed a foul if i see the chance of a nice in-off

So, short answer - YES add it when time allows!

I had a look at one of the links doc put up, and i must say that this is one hell of an interesting game. The amount of skill involved is amazing; it's almost like chess with balls!

I’m not sure how popular it would be sitting next to the 9 ball and US pool. It can be hard finding a ranked game of 9-ball at the best of times, and this is a popular game. I think finding a game of 'carambolage' would be a lot harder.

That's not to take anything away from what is obviously a fine game, it's just debatable whether it has a place amongst the other disciplines…at the moment!

Good point pool_life. Whilst in real life pool players usually love billiards, i'm guessing this may get a better response on the funkysnooker forums?

iv played this on the computer and its a fun game. will be v good if added to funkypool since we got rid of the pro games
