This is a rather pointless debate i think. It won't get anyone anywhere as admin will have the final say whether this debates happens or not.

The rules of the site are very very fair, if they werent everyone would be gettin banned. Derp, i understand why u did it and anyone else prob wouldve, completely forgettin about the rules, unless the rules are infront of u when bein asked to make a post like that, more people would forget them as they are tryin to do something else.

Everyone slips up sometimes, in relation to Derp, i have no idea on the story wit ice_cool so any opinion from me on that would be wrong.

Derp has made a mistake but he is only human and this wasnt a serious offence like bein racist or threatenin to another user, was there any harm done?

Using the forum to post on behalf of a banned user can lead to loss of posting privileges and/or the thread being deleted.

Do not post enquiries about why you or another user were booted, score reset or banned, please check the help for enquiries of this nature.

There is no good reason to post issues like this, it seems ice_cool wanted to make this issue public rather than use the contact us and keep it private. Again, showing lack of respect to site rules. This is nothing to do with game queries, in fact this is related to funkysnooker!

Regarding the contact us not being replied to you should allow three days. This post was created three hours after the contact us was sent. Unfortunately Simon has to sleep sometimes, but he'll try and avoid sleeping in the future
