I just want to point out that ediss was allowed a new username, as the offences took place before the new Multi-Using policy became active.

Now, in a situation similar to this, the player would not be allowed to create any other usernames and would be banned on all accounts for a fixed period.

The fixed period depends completely on the severity of the offences. It could be anything from 1 week to a permanent ban.

In other words, the account is banned permanantly.

Yes, sorry I should have made that clear. The username account will be banned permanently, and so will all other multiple accounts that the user has.

However, they MAY be welcome to sign up under a new username after a fixed period, depending again on the severity of the offence.
