just making a query about when players stop responding. earlier iw as playign a game when the guy i was playing his timer run out and no random shot come up so i presumed he stopped responding but it never said that he had. so i sat there for 5 minutes then it gave the message he has stopped responding so i had to wait a further 2 or 3 mins which gets quite annoying. is there a way say for example if they stop responding for a random shot be given for them untill the game is finnished to prevent the frustration ?

I know its frustrating, but its not thier fault (unlike dissapearing to the bog, answering the phone etc).

Just log out and in again, thats the quick n simple solution...

Its only a number, and like i said, its not thier fault at all. In fact the in situation you describe it was probably you who stopped responding initially. (hence why it didnt come up that your opponent had...)

In a situation like this the game should recognise who's fault it is and reward the result of the match accordingly.

na , if people are doing something like downloading a program or something similar like downloading music . i use ****wire and it slows down the comp badly when its opening so i usually stop responding ... can i also add that when a player is not responding they cannot receive messeges from other players . its no ones fault its just life

Its annoying though when you as the other player have to sit and wait.

After two and a half minutes of no response at all the non responding player is automatically removed.

This should be sufficient time for a player to reconnect even on dial up.

but nick i have a reali bad pc and i know i aint been online 4 a long while but when that happened 2 me i could not respond 4 ages because my pc would crash and lock me out and i got 2 meg broadband so how would u deal with that?

Well you can't expect people to sit in a room for 20 minutes while you sort your pc out.

im not sayin that u have 2 its just annoying when it happens
