Well obviously you would be ranked according to disciplines. Like it is at the moment. You have different rankings for different disciplines i.e.

UK 8 Ball - Newbie
US 8 Ball - Intermediate
9 Ball - Legend

Exactly. The color of the cue would depend on the game you were playing.
