Small Balls - Incorrect Resolution

I had this problem with my old PC where the table and balls appear small and blurry.
I solved the problem by doing what it says on the home page - going into security options and "allow script-ini............"
However, on my new PC it doesnt have "allow script-ini............" in the list. Please help!
Before you answer... YES I HAVE TRIED CHANGING MY SCREEN RESOLUTION! it does not work
