If you're not sure about the rules here's the basics:

Every shot you must initially hit the lowest numbered ball. Your turn continues if you pot that ball, or cause another ball to be potted. The game ends when the 9 ball is legally potted (this often occurs very early in the game).

The ball order is as follows:
1, yellow
2, blue
3, red
4, purple
5, orange
6, green
7, brown
8, black
9, yellow stripe

First of all all rules aren't stated above...

1. Before a match both players have to play a pushout, whoever wins the lag gets to break first as break plays big part in 9 ball.

2. If no balls have been potted off the break the opponent has option to play pushout shot. Also if any balls potted off break then they have option to play pushout shot.

3. If a player does 3 fouls in a rack then they lose that rack.

hmmm...dont see these rules on here...

yeh a combination to the 9 yeh. The winner is the one who pots the 9...hence called 9 ball :-)

Cool, cool, cool!!!

I've just played 3 racks to test things, and it's really, really good. I had a 100% win percentage as well, untill i lost the 3rd rack...

The win percentage is a superb addition, especially for a statistics lover such as myself.

It would be really useful, for 9 ball, for a practice table where the computer called fouls and who's turn it was...I get lost every time!

9 ball is great. This site just keeps getting better and better.....and more addictive. Think I am going to give up my job. The addiction is just getting too much. Well done. Best site ever!
