Hi,
There's 2 main changes gone into this system.
Separate ranking and statistic system for each game type. The stats now show the ability in each game. This was necessary before US 9 Ball is released (both 8 ball games are fundamentally the same game, 9 ball is very different).
All current stats were copied over to UK 8 Ball stats, with the exception of the US tournament wins.
Improved options You now have options to have audible alerts for tournament invites and shot countdown. This is on by default. As a result of the increase in options all your options will have defaulted to US 8 Ball, sorry!

Nick, well played again!!
I love the sound alerts, another little touch that joins the 'how did we do without it' club.
The rankings system is also top notch, although i'm a bit dismayed that i can no longer mask my poor US ability.
So now we know what you've been up to lately, well worth the wait.

A couple more changes worth noting are the tool tips and speed improvements on the website.
By the way, the rankings shown on the front page are random, and will change every 5 minutes!
There's also a couple of problems being displayed on the log file (server issues), so another restart will be needed as soon as I get to the bottom of it!
Oh, and the rankings need be sorted by name...

The homepage displays any of the UK or US top 3's. Its on rotate.
It says wins and losses when you click on either the UK or US links, if you are talking about on the users profiles.
And I think it looks a lot smarter like that.

how can you not have wins-losses on your profile?
Anyway, update you didnt make was to move cue ball anywhere again once you placed it - for example, you placed cue ball then chnage mind on position of placement so place it anywhere else. Its on eveyr other site!

No, you click the underlined link saying UK or US which when you rollover says "Expand to show full details"

I like the way the rank is more specfic too , like e.g. 801.45. Much improved Wp Nick

I like it, although on the top scores list band users stats are shown.

once agian nick u have proved why funkypool is the BEST poolsite ever much better than yahoo cuz they never put ne effort in nick u are a legend the upgrades sound well cool hope 2 see u in the game soon need a word with u about somat cuz i dunno if the mod i mentionded it 2 has forgot so if im on msg me or sumat
