One thing I need to do is be online as much as possible and find out exactly how strong the need for moderators is. I agree we don't need a army, and with efficient Frequently Asked Questions section, contact us, send complaint and the Game Queries Forum, I'm hopeful that we won't need to recruit too many.

As far as current moderators are concerned, I am mainly interested in quality over quantity. There is no official number of moderators, and moderators don't have to log in every few days or such like. However, I would like to get a team organised and active.

You are already acting childish Shaun lol what do you mean by quality or quantity like how well they do there job or if there nouse knows anything about comps.
