Hi... At the moment, the players in a room are sorted alphabetically. How about sorting them, or including an option to sort them, according to player ranking? Might help considerably the task of trawling through 30 or 40 players and looking for a good player.

Doing this for the game rooms mite be a good idea, in a chat room simply asking is a good idea.

Solution: 1)Moderators to the top (as it is), then rank the rest of them. 2) Throw the mods into the mix with the rest of them; they'll still be identifiable because of the asterisk.
