hiya, my day has been uneventful. slept until 2.30, cleaned for a bit and then burnt my pizza so not happy :)

Well Beannie, u fill a pan with water, place 1 egg into it gently, let the water boil for 3 mins,remove egg, peel,add salt, and EAT! ta-daaaaaa ther ya go chick....

I'd say a little closer to 4 mins, and add a tiny bit of oil to the water..calms the surface, and stops it boiling over...

ooooooooooooo will have to try that. no eggs at the mo!
