I've just watched a Flash video that I NEED to record the sound from, what programme that is common, (hopefully already on my computer) do I need to be able to record the sound. So I can play it as a sound file. Hope someone helps.

theres some sound recorders on this site u can download,i think u can download a free version if its any help to you.
