Leaving by plane on at around Tuesday's noon,
Oh my holiday is so very soon!
Buying new clothes for my two weeks away,
So hot and sunny there I'll just want to stay.
A beer in the airport, more on the plane,
Showing my passport that holds my full name.
'So Mr.Lyons, has your bag been touched?'
'Well only by me sir, and no one else as such.'
And then me an my mate board, and take a nice seat,
A couple of hours on the plane- a chance to rest out feet.
Leaving for the two week, I'll come back with a tan,
Sitting on the beach with a couple of cans.
Leaving but not for good, only a fortnight,
But it will seem ages since i'll have posted on this site!

Oh what a tangled web we weave,
The thoughts that she thinks are too hard to concieve.
With lyric and game, she clots up the mind,
Bringing up subjects that I'd left behind.
And then there's her punchline, to put words in my mouth,
I've told her so many times and I just dont know how -
She doesn't get the message to properly register,
I said there was one thing I wanted, one thing - only her.
And still the messages go on, by txt on the phone,
At times I just cant be bothered, and would rather be alone.
Its obvious I miss her, and she tells me the same too,
But when she questions our relationship it makes me feel so blue.
And when I see her in august, the emotions will all flood,
I hope I embrace her tenderly, as I said I would.
I'm sure I'll get into character, whoever that may be,
But I think she'd just prefer the man before, the character of Ste.

Here's a goodbye until we meet again,
Not been here for two weeks shall cause me great pain.
But I trust all the FJ'sto keep everything in order,
As I take flight on a plane and escape the English border.
I shall return, with a magnificent tan,
With memories of sitting on the beach with a huge stella can.
I hope you'll all keep well,and dont I dont return to sadness,
But on the other hand I dont wanna return to a bunch of madness!

Anyways, I must dash, but not to catch the post,
The dashing that I'm undertaking is to arrive on the islands coast.
With the windy breeze, and my thoughts alone, it will be such joy,

Today 2nd July

Well what a bad start, I slept in too late
I was late for work, I thought "bloody great" !
I've missed my lift, now shall I get in the car?
Went out last night, Oh its not that far.

Then a quick burst of realism, shot through my arm
You get in that car Stell ?, your are gonna do harm
So I rethought my process, and without to much fuss
I gathered my thoughts, and then caught the bus.

Was a bumpy old ride, with characters galore
I really should do this, a hell of a lot more
There were people on there, of all different ages
I could elaborate, but it would take ages.

Finally got into work, around Quarter to nine
Made my apologies, boss said it was fine
Then the girls started laughing, about a certain habit
You all know the subject, the nasty old Wabbit

I sat there embarrassed, yanno, shy little ol' me
I was blushing like hell, I even went for a pee
When I got back, things had calmed down
They were busy at work, not even a frown

Haven't posted much today, it?s been kind of hard
Been doing lots, been hard working in the yard
But I'm home now, at last I can post
And talk to Paula, the thing I've missed most.

Alcohol

Oh,I do love my whisky
It really makes me feel frisky
I also like Gin
When im out rabbittin

Sometimes a nice cold beer

But far to much Rum

But when you get bottle three or four
