People say gg when they win but not when they lose??? anybody else get annoyed by this or is it just me?

ronnie you are the worst at thid, do you really get that upset when you lose that you can't congratulate somebody on actually playing well?
the other day i had a rank of 749, you had about 810, i beat you 2-1, all you did was say i was lucky etc, if i was you i know i would have said well played, so why not you?
or are you too good to well played?
