yeh but he has always said if ads affected the game play then they would be removed....

this is the first one that its happened with me so its been gud up till now.

Hence the premium version coming into action, he has to make a little cash to keep it going...

u can make cash but as the quote says unobtrusively,i think everyone realises what sky is so u dont need some fancy flash advert to show it.

The version with the really dinky shots with full back spin was the best by miles....

evilhamster regarding the adverts you are correct, the Sky adverts were removed from the game frame where you didn't have a choice.

Can't you simply close the window, or don't browse while playing? Is it just the Sky adverts causing a problem for you?

The only change is the layout. To allow the game to resize nicely the layout is now dynamic. The chat panel resizes as you resize the window. This increased flexibility allows the next step in the plan, which is combined US pool and UK pool game with no disadvantage to either game.

The layout will not remain as it is - I'll release a demo when it's finished.

what happened to the old google bar on the side?

if i was to close the window nick it makes moderating a lot harder......

am constantly on checking ppls profiles for mod actions against stuff.to see if they had previously commited the same offence and ppl wanting to know why their other account was banned blah blah blah.....

and i also look at forum while playing,why would u want to limit ppl to do one or the other.doesnt make sense with me for a sake of a advert......

coz if it is i'll quit as mod now because i cant be bothered with useless adverts affecting the way i do stuff
