is it me or is the server lagging badly .... if its just me does anyone have any ideas on how to stop it ?? plz help

you got anything else open? e.g limewire, msn etc etc

erm try restertin ure whole computer
mybe its this program
or u could mindlessly bash the computer u have now and then eventually buy new one, which would probably solve ure problem (for a few months)

1) Close all your P2P Connection Programmes, EG (limewire, Morpheus, Kazaa)

2) Msn Lag: Go to tools Press Internet Options, And go to alerts, Make sure
"Display Alerts When Contacts come online"
"Display Alerts When a Message Is Received"
"Display Alerts when an e-mail Is Received"
"Make a Sound when a contact signs in or sends a message"

Make sure these are turned off, because they cause lag.

I'm having really bad lagg as well ,is it cos of those sky adverts, nick will u please remove em they r doin ma head in if thats the cause of the lag

Jeez , i've just had to leave a tourny game cos i couldn't take a shot cos of lag , Nick is it the sky adverts that almost everyone is complaining about for bad lagg or Java or something i cannot take a shot at all on pool no- more
