The more vigilant of you will notice the new layout on the game window.

This is in preparation for US pool, basically the chat window will resize to make the best possible use of the space available to it (try to resize the window, you will see what I mean!).

Any problems you have note it here.

Yeah, since you have resized the window the 2 sides of the balls are square and the shots are very hard to judge, i have tried resizing the table myself to get it back to normal bit will not work ( balls still square shaped). The only way im able to play is to have the pool table chat applet maximised and i hate it like this. wondered if you could sort this out nick?

i can also provide screen shots if you would like them nick! just let me know!

Try increasing the window size a small amount, bit by bit until it looks acceptable on your computer.

Looks great Nick, but have you considered moving the chat to a popup like the IM's?

This would remove any distractions and leave the box in the game window for info/results etc..

(i like the balls this way - more like the old image balls! :-) )

Mine is fine, perfect in fact.

isnt the maximised table the same as funkypool chatter large? Only difference being chat screen below game table is smaller? SHouldn't it be bigger to fill up the space?

Not really, but the whole table layout will have to change somewhat to accomodate US pool (this was the 1st step). I will show it through demo soon.

The reason the balls are not looking correct on some computers is the balls are low resolution and look very poor when resized. The red and yellow balls will have increased detail in the later version to cater for this.

omg ... i did not know that funkypool was being replaced with the US Pool ... i agree 100% with ice_cool ... i do beleive that if US pool totally replaces funky pool you may lose alot of users ... i realli personally do NOT like the US version and i think you should create a poll or something lasting around 1 month to decide whether not to keep or get rid of funky pool ... i am shocked by the post of ice_cool which states US will replace funky pool ... nick i urge you to reconsider ...

Stretch, it's not being replaced, just integrated with the current game.

You will have the choice of which game and table to play with. If you browse the thread 'US Pool Demo' you will see there is more information regarding this subject.

O ok then sorry about that ... ice_cool had me going then lol .... thats a great idea and ive put a post into the US pool demo thread about what i think about the game plus with a few ideas on how to improve .
