to me this is a question of many parts. first, let us take into account the possibility that therm is referring to the subject of homosexuality. although i myself am not a homosexual i must answer that question in respect to if i was infact a homosexual. so in this particular case i would rather give. moving towards the second part of the question, i would like to talk about gifts. one does like to give, but on the other hand one also likes to participate in the taking aspect too. due to overwhelming sub-concious slant in my mind, i would have to choose give. however, in the event of hetrosexual oral sex the answer is neither. it is much better to give and take at the same time, thus my answer for this part be mutual.
