Well you could something like..you can only wager once you've played a certain number of games...like 500...discourages multiple accounts for the sake of placing wagers. Still wouldn't work though

Yes would work, but I feel theres way too much hastle for admin to sort before it goes ahead. Was a good suggestion but too many kinks in the idea now :(
