funny enough it is illegal and advice that has been given to me is to wait a few days if my picture is not off as i have requested many times then to proceed with a copywrite lawyer as there was no permission or something like that he said.

i think you guys need to get real!!!! seriously!! just cause he creates a thing we can put pictures on dunt mean that it has got to with being like what you said on my site i have a picture of my nephew does that make me one of those?? i dont think so!!

so get real and grow up its just a site to put pictures on so we can all se what we look like!!

It depends whether he had permission from yourself before he put them up.

Putting up pictures of people on the internet without their permission is illegal, and refusing to put it down is worse.

However, if you gave him permission to put up the picture, then it is your responsibility for your actions. You should think of the outcome before you make an action, therefore, your responsibility to do so.

and for the person who has for whatever reason deleted his account you cant just call a loyer up for a daft pipcture so you get real to and grow up
