yes there are people but as seandoh said, how do you define it? and how do you know if people are.

This thread is going nowhere. If you want to name and shame the cheaters on this site then go ahead but I guarentee sooner or later people will start messing around and putting names up of people who aren't cheaters just to see them get banned. Bad idea!
