Mine would be in Wrong Turn, when the people are leaving the house whilst the mutanty type people are asleep. The main character is sneakin out last and he's got his hand on some spring attached to the door to stop it slamming, and it's cutting through his finger. When the camera switches to a close up of one the mutanty type people asleep on the sofa. It's still lieing down as if it's asleep, but its eyes are wide open and him and the main character dude are staring at each other. Freaky stuff! Scariest film I've seen.. except for Blair Witch. Yeah yeah, I know, "oh my god it's so NOT scarey", but it scared the bejesus outta me!
