Using players from countries that didn't qualify for the world cup, what is the best team we can get?

I'll start with:
Samuel Eto'o, Striker, Cameroon

Mido, Striker, Egypt.

yep be a shame not to see eto'o i highly rate that guy!

Shevchenko- Striker- Ukraine

Ukraine are qualified, can't see them doing much despite Shevchenko, though.

All interntional teams are good except for odd exception like San Marino.

Teams such as Cameroon, Senegal, Egypt, Nigeria, Denmark, Greece, Turkey, Ireland, Belgium, Uruguay, Colombia haven't qualified. Shows no pushovers in International football anymore.
