That seems a bit harsh, telling people that you have the less ability and are the worst! Wouldnt it be better if "1-4" is the order you play?

It's upto team captain the order of 1-4. Need them sent now as I need to post them on site to play the corresponding 1-4 in the fixture. Once they're up matches can get underway.
