Well most of the threats that are made are empty ones anyways. The chances of people meeting up from an online pool game are slim.

I try and get on for around 9am some mornings, but a lot of mods have work/school/college, and most of them are more than likely asleep at 4am.

I suppose you could always ignore the guests, or not go in the chat room full stop? Then they can have their fun, and when the mods ARE able to get on, then they can try and sort them out.

Me and evilhamster had a busy day yesturday lunch time.

hi mav, no problem, not saying it bothers me personally. Just wanted to let you guys know it seems to be getting out of hand around those times.

i know never seen so many people booted as yesterday lunch time - good to see 2 mods in a room!

Well there was a lot of racism being thrown around.

I agree it does get out of hand, and it is really silly for people coming on to cause bother with other people. If they want violence i dont see why they dont watch wrestling, or a arguement, talk to their parents. =p

Hey mav, yes you can say that but Nick wants more people to join his site, and do you think they will when they see people swering and that i wouldn't think so?.

Steve its EXCELLENT that hes on everyday well he will help out the site more! he can boot every time they swear etc and that will show the new people to the site that the site is good for kids etc.....

No, but most of the foul language is censored out. Yes there are ways of getting around it. Dots and foreign charecters for example.

I personally think that 'Age Chat Rooms' could be put in place... But im not sure if it could be coded or anything. Less chance of swearing in a younger forum, more chance in the 'Teen' & 'Senior' sections, those could be modded more carefully. But that's just 'cos i see it on various other chat sites.

Id have to dissagree. People will make up an age and use it. It would be ok for the Funkypool staff to move between rooms, however, if you are a user and has a friend who is it a distant age, could be quite frustrating. I also have to dissagree with employing more staff. There is no need as staff can work around this. With some good organisation and shift work it could help a lot more.

age restricted room would be a good idea,Nick could put a disclaimer up. Two option buttons over 18 i agree button under 18 leave now button

Yep, needs a bit of thought and development put into the idea as it can be unreliable. This shouldn't be needed though if moderators are doing there job properly.

You've got to remember though that these guys are volunteers so shouldnt have to move their lives around too much for funkypool.

This is true , but there are seventeen moderators on this site. Why is it every night you just see the same mods , maybe four or five who are on every night others you may not see for months at a time there life are surley not that busy lol!
