What is this because when ive put it on it makes no difference.....

I don't know, but when your game freezes (when you have to click on the table to see latest ball position) turn on new animation and you should be able to continue seeing your game.

that really works? when it freezes it still works? New animation mode is a way round the problem when the balls freeze

(I believe this is a problem when a user has multiple Java applets / pool games open simultaneously)

If this happens to you can you post your Java version on this thread? Then I will be able to see if the problem is related to certain Java versions.

i dont understand what do u mean when the balls freeze ?

like u hit a ball and it freezes for a while and then it changes places without the flow of the shot if u know wot i mean

well most users may of not expierienced this problem but i kno what its like and is dead annoying ...u take ur shot and u cant see whaere it lands until ur next shot and u cant see ur opponents shot either

I kinda see what it means....

they freeze when there is a slow connection, due to other programs running when the game is opened, or multiple programs being used...java programs are the worst type to have running while playing on funkypool, an also this mite happen to u 2, when u have a songlist playing on windows media player, when the song changes it will make the game freeze momentarily, when taking a shot this makes u hit the ball so that it hardly moves so b careful of this

does that really work? ive never been able to play music on my comp when playing pool ( allways used to on poolgame with no probs though) wow im happy now...gotta go and try it....watch out every1 ive got my tunes back!!!!

The speed the balls roll should be the same regardless of animation mode.

However, each time you open the game it starts off at a default FPS (frames per second), then it optimizes up or down according to your computer. It may take a few shots to get the correct frame rate.
