my mate came online earlier in the year and he said to me:

My Friend: dude i just got caught knocking one off. i was watching the free view, and i heard my mum coming so i quickly changed channel and tried to put myself away but i only managed to change channel in time

My Friend: well she came in and obviously seen wot i was doin and she looked horrified. i was expecting her just to be embrassed as wel untill i realized id turned over to eurosport and the mens body building contest was on
