It could be, although highly doubt, a conflict in your java.
It is more likely to be a pop-up stopper though.

Have you ensured that the pop-up blocker features on the search engine toolbars (yahoo, google, msn... etc.) are disabled? Is the windows pop-up blocker set to allow pop-ups on the funkypool.com domain?

If you're 100% sure that the pop-up blockers are allowing the funkypool.com game window, then i would look into maybe reinstalling the latest java version. Or if you'd rather, you could go to the control panel, uninstall your current version of java and then install the new version as a clean install.
